Our meditation and mindfulness programs are delivered with the intention to make meditation an uplifting and enjoyable experience for all.
We run regular, four week introduction to meditation courses and weekly guided meditation classes. We also provide training for people interested in becoming meditation teachers. The environment is relaxed and friendly, all are welcome.
Guided meditation classes - Wednesday evenings
Our Introduction to Meditation Course runs over four consecutive weeks, each class is 75 minutes long. You will learn a number of effective meditation techniques and discover the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
The Introduction to Meditation course is held several times during the year and costs only $176.00. To reserve your place in the next course, or for and general enquiries, please complete and send the form.
A regular, weekly class for experienced practitioners and those that have completed our Introduction to Meditation Course. Please note: if you would like to attend our Guided Meditation classes you will need to register as a member of Circle Fitness and Wellbeing. Circle Fitness and Wellbeing have a range of membership options available - starting from only $90.00 for five classes. Your membership also entitles you to attend any of their fitness and exercise classes.
Classes are held at 7:15pm each Wednesday evening and run for 45 minutes.
Red Circle Meditation offers teacher training and accreditation courses in conjunction with the Melbourne Meditation Centre. The course is practical and experiential, fully accredited and focuses on teaching you how to present meditation and mindfulness in a gentle, user-friendly style that will appeal to a wide range of audiences. The courses run under the guidance of Melbourne Meditation Centre Director, Matt Young.
